Welcome to Puja Sampark Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Puja Sampark provides online and offline Puja booking services, Pandit services, and Puja Samagri arrangements based on customer requirements.
Puja charges displayed at the time of booking will be considered final. Puja Sampark may include platform management and service coordination charges.
Puja Samagri can be arranged either by the customer (Yajman) or by Puja Sampark based on the selected service package.
If the customer arranges the Puja Samagri independently, the required material list will be shared in advance.
Our Pandits will make every effort to reach the Puja location on time. In case of unavoidable delays due to traffic, emergencies, or other unforeseen situations, customers will be informed in advance whenever possible.
If the Pandit reaches the location on time and the Puja is delayed by the customer for more than 30 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply.
Customers are not required to pay any amount beyond the agreed Puja charges.
Any Dakshina, offerings, or gifts given to the Pandit will be completely voluntary and based on the customer's devotion and satisfaction.
Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward Pandits, staff members, and service representatives during the Puja and related activities.
Puja Sampark respects customer privacy. Personal details such as address, phone number, and family information will be used only for service-related purposes.
We do not sell or misuse customer information.
Customers are requested to inform Puja Sampark as early as possible in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, may depend on the timing and nature of cancellation.
